Award Notice - Request for Quotation, Garbage Removal Services - AAFC, Lethbridge Research and Development Centre

OBJECTIVE:

The Lethbridge Research and Development Centre requires a supplier to provide Garbage Removal Services for the collection, removal and disposal of garbage and refuse. This shall include the supply of all containers; pick-up vehicles; and operators necessary to undertake the work at 5403 1st Ave S, Lethbridge, Alberta.

SERVICES REQUIRED:

The Contractor shall collect, remove, and dispose of all wet/dry garbage and refuse at the main site location and outbuildings.

Services shall be provided between the hours of 08:00 to 1630 hours on a scheduled weekly basis or more (such as twice weekly, "as and when requested" or same day service) as detailed in the RFQ document, Appendix B.

Canada intends to complete thereview of submissions received and award a contract for September 1, 2016. The initial Contract will be for one (1) year, with an option to extend for up to three (3), One (1) year options.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:

Companies have the option to view the site prior to submitting a bid. There will be an Optional Site Visit on Thursday, June 23 at 10:30 a.m. local standard time.See details within the RFQ.
