ROLLER SHUTTER SHELVING SYSTEM FOR CALGARY TSO

Objective

The CRA requires secure shelving in the form of roller shutter shelving units for both CRA Calgary and Regina Tax Services Offices (TSO).

PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT

The period of the Contract is for eight weeks inclusive from the date of Contract award.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

A second site visit has been added and it is recommended that a Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site if they haven’t done so previously. The Calgary TSO will be the only location to have a site visit. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Harry Hays Building Room 125, 220 - 4th Avenue SE, Calgary AB on August 3rd, 2016. The site visit will begin at 1:00 p.m. MDT, starting at the Commissionaire’s kiosk on the 2^nd floor.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY

The evaluation of proposals will be performed in four (4) steps as follows:

Step 1 – Evaluation against Mandatory Criteria

Step 2 – Evaluation of Financial Proposals

Step 3 – Selection

Step 4 – Contract Entry

The CRA reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
