ITT – Terra Nova National Park – Park Housing Recapitalization.

Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for the general construction renovation of the existing housing Complexes located at Terra Nova National Park.

The work covered under this project consists of furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment hardware and materials compliant in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions contained therein.

Proponents shall be licensed to practice in the province of Newfoundland.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on July 21, 2016 at 10:30am. Interested bidders are to meet at:

Terra Nova N.P. Administration building - located 13km east of the TCH/Route 310 intersection along the TCH.

Safety boots and hat will be required.

Bids Security is required.

Contractors must have at minimum $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage and Builder’s Risk.

Delivery Date: Construction must be completed by November 11, 2016.
