Requirement:
Parks Canada Agency requires masonry foundation repair, exterior re-grading and refinishing to the Banff Park Museum National Historic Site. The Banff Park Museum is both a National Historic Site and a FHBRO Classified building.
Project Timeline:
The Contractor shall perform and complete all Work by November 30, 2016.
Mandatory Site Visit:
There will be a mandatory site visit on August 3, 2016 at 2:00PM MDT. Interested bidders are to meet at:

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
