Warden HQ Fish Hatchery Demolition and Rehabilitation - Jasper National Park

Requirement:

Parks Canada Agency requires the removal and demolition of the existing Warden HQ structure, staff house, associated utility runs, concrete fish ponds, leveling of designated areas and rehabilitation of the worksite.

Project Timeline:

The Contractor shall perform and complete all Work by October 20, 2016.

Optional Site Visit:

There will be an optional site visit on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 1:00PM (MDT). Interested bidders are to meet at the Warden HQ (Fish Hatchery) located on Sixth Bridge Road in Jasper National Park.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the optional site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk.
