Building Assessments (International)

Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada requires International Building Assessments services for its missions around the world.

The closing date of this Request for Supply Arrangement is Monday April 11^th, 2016 at 02:00PM EDT (UTC-04).

A bidders' conference (optional) will be held at 219 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa on March 9, 2016. The conference will begin at 09:00AM EST (UTC-05), in 12^th floor, room 12-1264. The scope of the requirement outlined in the RFSA will be reviewed during the conference and questions will be answered. It is recommended that Suppliers who intend to submit an Arrangement attend or send a representative.

Suppliers are requested to communicate with the Supply Arrangement Authority before the conference to confirm attendance. Suppliers should provide, in writing, to the Supply Arrangement Authority, the name(s) of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they wish to table no later than March 4, 2016.

This requirement contains mandatory security requirements at the “Reliability Status” level.
