Nature of Requirements: Multi Threat CBRN Suits and Training Suits
To supply and deliver thirty (30) Multi Threat Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) and ten (10) Training Suits to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, “D” Division, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Request for Proposal.
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number M5000-16-5361/A dated 06 June 2016 with a closing of 22 June 2016 at 2:00 pm Central Standard Time. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
Delivery Date: Initial Multi Threat CBRN and Training Suits are requested to be delivered within six (6) weeks from award of contract; but no later than October 30, 2016. With the option to purchase up to 115 Multi Threat CBRN Suits under the same terms and conditions within a thirty six month period from contract award.
Security Requirement:
There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.
Evaluation Procedures:
Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial criteria. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
Basis of Selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PWGSC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
