TITLE:
Masonry Lock Wall Repointing and Restoration - Lock 31 Buckhorn
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for construction services associated with the Masonry Lock Wall Repointing and Restoration, Lock 31 Buckhorn. Work will require water access for all equipment and material, coffer dam installation, raking, grouting, dutchman repairs, repointing, stone replacement, removal of existing concrete patch repair, case in place concrete, and site restoration.
DELIVERY DATE:
The Contractor shall commence mobilization no earlier than October 11th 2016 and complete the work by April 30th, 2017. The Lock must remain operational up to and including October 16th 2016.
NOTE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS:

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
BID RECEIVING:
Bids are submitted following a two-envelope procedure in which Bidders submit the technical component of their bid in one envelope and the proposed price in a second envelope.
