ITT – Building Rehabilitation at Port Royal National Historic of Canada.

Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for the general construction renovation of the existing buildings located at Port Royal National Historic Site.

The work covered under this project consists of furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment hardware and materials compliant in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions contained therein.

Proponents shall be licensed to practice in the province of Nova Scotia.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on September 13, 2016 at 11:00am. Interested bidders are to meet at:

Safety boots and hat will be required.

Bids Security is required.

Contractors must have at minimum $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage and Builder’s Risk.

Delivery Date: Construction must be completed by December 1, 2016.
