Telecommunication mast lighting system replacement

THIS INVITATION TO TENDER PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

2. Specification (Description of required services)
3. Drawings/ Plans (10 Annexes in total)
4. Construction Tender Form (Mandatory - to be completed by Bidder)
5. Pricing Table for the Lump sum breakdown (Mandatory - to be completed by Bidder)

SCOPE OF WORK / DELIVERABLES:

The scope of work consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for this telecommunication mast lighting system replacement work on multiple-sites, QC. The project is to be completed in strict accordance with the specification and accompanying drawings, and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract.

In general, work under this contract consists of, but will not necessary be limited to, the following:

1. Supply and installation of the new LED lighting system including cables, junction boxes, beacon lights, control panels and other equipment required for the proper functioning of the system.
2. When required, make the necessary trenches needed to install cables and restore the soil in a good condition;
3. When required, supply and install a in order to protect the beacon lights.

LOCATION OF WORK, WORK SITE AND DELIVERY POINT:

Multiple-sites, QC

EXPECTED START AND COMPLETION DATES:

Start Date: Upon contract award

Completion Date: December 23, 2016
