    Environment Canada has a requirement for a Consultant to map and provide gridded air concentrations and dry deposition of 43 polycyclic aromatic compounds (PACs) monitored in the Athabasca oil sands region using the data collected at 17 passive sampling monitoring sites and modelled spatial concentration gradients, as outlined in the Statement of Work at Annex A to this Request for Proposal document.

    The period of the contract is from Contract Award March 31, 2017, with the option to extend the contract for one additional one year period, up to and including March 31 2018.

    For services requirements, bidders in receipt of a pension or a lump sum payment must provide the required information as detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.

    There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
