Requirement:
Hot Springs Field Unit, Radium Hot Springs requires a contractor to perform all the work associated with the replacement of the roofing of Aquacourt in order to correct leaks and deficiencies. See specifications and drawings for further details on the requirement of this project.
Optional Site Visit:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Radium Hot Springs Aquacourt, 5420 Highway 93, Radium Hot Springs, BC, on September 29, 2016. The site visit will begin at 10:00am MDT.
Project Timeline:
The Contractor shall perform and complete all Work by February 24, 2017. See specifications for project milestones.

Information:
National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
