Requirement:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), E Division has a requirement for three (3) units of transportable telecommunications aluminum shelter. The requirement also includes the option for the construction and delivery of an additional five (5) Transportable Aluminum Shelters to Chilliwack, BC, by February 28, 2018. The Contractor will be provided a minimum of ten (10) weeks of lead time for the construction and delivery of up to three (3) shelters at one time.

The shelters will house radio equipment in support of public safety communications. Each radio shelter is configured for standalone continuous operation, which may include batteries and/ or fuel operated generators. Several different configurations are required, depending on the back-up power configurations. The shelters are transportable due to installation in remote locations.

 A bid can be submitted in both official languages.

Term of Contract:

All the deliverables must be received within twelve (12) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of offer. The optional shelters could be required before February 28 2018.

Evaluation:

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsible bid with the lowest aggregate evaluated price (including optional purchase) will be recommended for award of a contract.
