The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires assistance in the investigation of possible exposures or occupational health risk(s) for various jobs as described in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP).
These assessments are to be completed within three weeks after commencing each assessment. Multiple hazards in a work location will be assessed during the same time period. Various types of assessments may be required such as: noise level assessments, air contaminant assessments, lighting assessments, lead testing assessments and assessment of ergonomic/environmental hazards.
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to April 30, 2017 inclusive with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two additional one year periods under the same conditions.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
One contract will be issued as a result of this RFP.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
