Description of the requirement:

The Electoral Integrity Office (EIO) has a requirement under TBIPS Stream 5, Project Management Services, Category P.12 for the services of one Risk Management Specialist Level-3, to provide risk management professional services. The Contractor’s resource must assess EIO’s current Risk Management Framework (RMF) and provide recommended actions to strengthen and ensure the sustainability of the framework. The resource must also recommend a knowledge transfer plan that will ensure the Contractor’s resource effectively transfers his knowledge to the EIO team, to ensure the success of EIO’s RMF. The Contractor’s resource will also be called to perform a full range of duties associated with operational risk assessment, including providing strategic advice and performing risk assessments.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from award of contract (estimated at November 14, 2016) to November 13, 2017, with three (3) Option Year Period of one year.
