Nature of Requirements: Pest Control, Innisfail, AB
To provide all materials, pesticides, labour, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary to control and in some cases eradicate pests in accordance with an Integrated Pest Management Plan (IPMP) by monitoring and treating pests effectively, economically and in an environmentally sound manner following all applicable codes. This includes in and on all buildings and ground locations, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions outlined in the Request for Proposal.
Security Requirement:
The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access with Escort as verified by the Personal Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.
Evaluation Procedures:
Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial criteria. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
Basis of Selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PWGSC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
