Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide psychiatry services to federal released offenders for the Toronto and Hamilton area.

Objectives: To provide psychiatric clinic/services/assessments to offenders within various community sites in the Toronto and Hamilton area in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Correctional Service Canada.

Deliverables: To provide up to a maximum of 384 hours per year

Expected Delivery Date: December 1, 2016 to November 30, 2017, with the option to renew annually for up to two (2) additional one (1)-year periods.

The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
