The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a Coach Bus, with Operator, for the RCMP Musical Ride Tours on an "as and when requested basis" using task authorizations as described in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP).
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2018 inclusive with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four additional one year period(s) under the same conditions.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The requirement is limited to Canadian services.
One contract will be issued as a result of this RFP.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
