Royal Canadian Mounted Police For the supply and install of Two (2) new truck caps and accessories to The Royal Canadian Mounted Police Detachment located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, E3B 4Z8.
The requirement must meet or exceed all components identified in Annex A – Mandatory Requirement to be deemed compliant.
All deliverables must be received within eight weeks (including installation) following the receipt of the contract.
The Vendor must be able to perform the work within 200 km of The Royal Canadian Mounted Police Detachment located at 1445 Regent Street, Fredericton, NB.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries made via telephone will not be responded to.
Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) Buy and Sell website. Amendments, if issued, will be available from the PWGSC Buy and Sell website. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.
RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PSPC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
This procurement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
