16-1307 REPLACEMENT OF IRRIGATION SYSTEM CEF BUILDING 84

Work Description:
Replacement of three (3) irrigation pumps for Central Experimental Farm building 84.

Mandatory Site Visit Date:
A site visit has been scheduled for December 7^th, 2016 @ 10:00 AM EST. Bidders are to meet in the Main Lobby of the K.W. Neatby Building 960 Carling Ave. Ottawa, ON K1A 0C6. Bids submitted by Bidders who do not attend the Site Visit will not be accepted.

Bid Close:
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the bid close time of January 12^th, 2017 @ 2:00 PM EST. Bids must be submitted to the Main Lobby of the K.W. Neatby Building 960 Carling Ave. Ottawa, ON K1A 0C6.

Delivery Date:
The work is to be completed by March 31^st, 2016.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender (solicitation) documents through GETS - buyandsell.gc.ca. Addenda, when issued will be available from GETS - buyandsell.gc.ca. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender (solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. In all cases, bidders must indicate (when requested) in the space provided on the tender form the identification number (s) of the addenda, if any, that they have taken into consideration for their bid.
