The Department of Finance (FIN) requires an IT Service Management software solution and the services of a Contractor to install and configure the software. This software will be used by FIN IT Client Service Unit to administer daily client IT requests. The Contractor must provide training, integration and customization services associated with the proposed IT Service Management software solution.

The estimated budget for this requirement is $100,000 excluding all applicable taxes.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to December 31, 2017.
