Nature of Requirements: All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV)
The Contractor must supply, deliver and unload seventeen (17) new (most current manufacturer model year still in production) All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV) to be delivered to various locations in Nunavut, in accordance with the requirements specifications, terms and conditions detailed in the Request for Proposal.
Delivery Date: Delivery is required between March 13 and 17, 2017.

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Nunavut Land Claims Agreement
The Ineligibility and Suspension Policy and integrity clauses are being incorporated in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
