Notice of Proposed Procurement

Item Required: Suspenders, Duty Belt

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 2000 Suspenders, Duty Belt. The requirement has 2 options of 500 each Suspenders, Duty Belt which can be ordered within 24 and 36 months of contract award.

This requirement must be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-309 dated 2016-03-07 and viewing sample. The Specification documents can be found attached to the RFP.

The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders that are requested to submit a pre-contract award sample.

This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods (See AIT - Article 504, paragraph 6).

The responsive bid with the lowest total evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract only).

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. Bidders intending to submit a bid in response to this Request for Proposal must comply with the integrity provisions identified in the bid solicitation documents.

The bid solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the bid solicitation.
