Nature of Requirement: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police in High Prairie, Alberta, has a requirement for the Supply and Delivery of Snow Removal Services at the High Prairie RCMP Detachment.
Approximate space dimensions are: High Prairie RCMP Detachment site – 4,408 Square meters.
A site visit will be made available for interested parties to determine actual serviceable areas: i.e. walkways, driveways, parking areas, and other general areas, that are part of the described within the Statement of Work, Annex A.
Requirements are in accordance with the Mandatory Technical Criteria detailed in the Annex "A" of the Request for Proposal documents.
Security: Facility Access 2 (escorted) building operations, preventative maintenance (checks, inspections) trades work (exterior landscaping, etc.) identified.
Evaluation Procedures: Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
Basis of Selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Delivery Date: from Date of Contract award through to April 30th, 2018, covering the actual work to be performed for the two (2) winter seasons, (month of Contract award to April 30th, 2017, and November 1st, 2017 to April 30th, 2018).
Optional Site Visit: Tuesday, January 17th, 2017, at 09:00 MST (Mountain Standard Time).
Closing Date: February 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. MST (Mountain Standard Time).
