Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
CORCAN Construction Pacific Region has a requirement to replace flooring for Correctional Service of Canada. The jobsite is inside William Head Institution, located near Victoria BC.
Objectives: Supply and Install of Flooring and Baseboards.
Work is to be completed in a timely manner and as per the Statement of Work, Plans and Specifications.
Deliverables: Supply all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the Statement of Work.
Site Visit:
A site visit has been scheduled for 28-February-2017 @ 1:00 PM PST. Contractors are to meet at the Principal Entrance of William Head Institution, located at 6000 William Head Road, Victoria BC.
The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.
All contractors must wear a high visibility vest, which meets WCB standards, for all site visits including a tender site visit. No cameras, cell phones (of any type) or laptop computers are allowed into institutions at any time.
