201703334 – BUILDING EXPANSION - IN OTTAWA, ON
REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this project is for the construction of a building expansion of an existing police building in Ottawa, Ontario. All associated site work is included. See attached specifications and drawings for detailed scope of work.
SITE VISIT: An optional site visit is schedule for Wednesday March 8th, at 10:00 EST at TPOF Building, 1426 St-Joseph Blvd, Bldg 405, Ottawa, ON. Individuals attending the job showing will register at #405 main security desk, and will require official photo ID.
DELIVERY DATE: Full completion of the work by 4-6 weeks after contract award.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
