TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 (= $0 - $2M) for the following categories: Business Process Consultant, Change Management Consultant, Needs Analysis and Research Consultant and Project Leader/Executive.

Description of the Requirement:

Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires the services of a third-party expert (Supplier) to design and undertake a review of the Social Security Tribunal (SST) to assess and make recommendations regarding its efficiency, timeliness, and effectiveness.

The review and final report must be completed no later than September 8, 2017. The final report, which will be made public, will provide options on how to improve, if necessary, the appeals processes administered by the SST for the Employment Insurance (EI), the Canada Pension Plan (CPP) and Old Age Security (OAS) social benefits programs.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).
