Window washing

The National Capital Commission has a requirement for window washing.

To wash the interior and exterior of all windows of all buildings located on the grounds of 1 Sussex and other Residences (Ontario and Quebec).

DURATION OF WORK : This contract is for Spring & Fall 2017 and Spring & Fall 2018 plus three (3) one year options to renew (Spring and Fall 2019, 2020 and 2021).

PUBLIC TENDER OPENING: No

SITE VISIT : A MANDATORY site visit will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 9:00am (4 hours minimum), Ottawa Time.
