TITLE:
PARKING LOT #2 RELOCATION - GROTTO DAY USE AREA BPNP
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
This project involves relocating the current P2 parking lot to Group Site 2. The lot is serves as overflow when the primary parking lot to access the Grotto (P1), is full. The work includes but is not limited to:
• Grubbing of the parking lot area
• Construction of the 58 space parking lot over the Group Site 2 footprint
• Re-surface the parking lot using permeable pavement (Figure 5).
• Removal of existing 6.1 x 5.0m concrete slab
• Removal of existing holding tank
• Provision of new signs
DELIVERY DATE:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work on or before June 29, 2017
