NATURE OF THE REQUIREMENT:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement to replace one (1) existing tower at Berens, MB. The existing tower is to be removed and disposed of and one (1) new tower must be installed.
Bidders must be able to provide the required services as detailed in the Request for Proposal document (Annex A).
This requirement is open only to those invited Supply Arrangement Holders under supply arrangement 201304568/B/XXX qualified under Stream 4: Tower Replacement. Region of Qualification: Central
The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:
SECURITY: There is no security provision associated with the requirement.
EVALUATION PROCEDURE: Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation. A financial evaluation will be completed by the Contracting Authority.
BASIS OF SELECTION: To be declared responsive, a bid must comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all the mandatory technical criteria. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price, will be recommended for contract award.
DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT: The estimated period of contract will be 6 months from date of contract.
INTEGRITY PROVISIONS
RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PSPC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
