Service expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX

The National Capital Commission (NCC) has a requirement for the service expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX.

The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal the NCC’s intention to award an additional hourly rate contract to DUKELOW BUSINESS AND INFORMATION CONSULTANTS for $ 50,000 exclusive of taxes (with a possibility of extension).

Consultants who consider themselves fully qualified and available to meet the specified requirements may submit a statement of capabilities in writing to the contact person identified in this Notice on or before the closing date of this Notice.

This requirement falls within the exemptions under the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), Chapter 5, Article 506, items 12 (b) where there is an absence of competition for technical reasons and the goods or services can be supplied only by a particular supplier and no alternative or substitute exists.
