Sir John Johnson House National Historic Site – Exterior Renovations and Stabilization.

Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for Exterior Renovations and Stabilization at Sir John Johnson House National Historic Site.

The project Scope of Work includes (but not limited to):

• Repointing of foundation walls
• Installation of structural beams and posts
• Repair of rafter and other existing structural members
• Installation of new accessibility ramp
• Windows and doors repair
• Exterior painting

The work covered under this project consists of furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment hardware and materials compliant in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions contained therein.

Proponents shall be licensed to practice in the province of Ontario.

Bids Security is required.

Contractors must have at minimum $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage and Builder’s Risk.

Delivery Date: Construction must be completed by October 31, 2017.
