TITLE:
SINGING SANDS DAY USE AREA RENEWAL

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Work covered by this Contract is for the upgrade of the Singing Sands Day Use Area which includes but is not limited to a new reception building, new storage area, an observation deck, parking lot including all the servicing, removals, utility implementations, grading works, and demolition of existing structures. Work in the new building includes electrical power and lighting, mechanical and plumbing systems, architectural, structural and site work. FII Proj 950

DELIVERY DATE:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work on or before March 01, 2018

NOTE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS:
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.
