Library and Archives Canada – Linguistic Services: Translation Services

The purpose of this RFSO is to qualify up to five (5) firms per streams with the expertise and skills to provide Library and Archives Canada (LAC) with a selection of vendors for the purpose of two (2) Translation streams; English to French and French to English on an as-and-when-requested basis from Standing Offer award date to March 31, 2018 to clients at 395 Wellington St, Ottawa, ON K1A 0N4 & 550, boul. de la Cité Gatineau, QC K1A 0N4 CANADA.

There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.

1. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)
2. The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
3. The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
4. The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish National Master Standing Offers for the requirement detailed in the RFSO, to the Identified Users across Canada, excluding locations within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, and Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirement for deliveries to locations within CLCAs areas within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, or Labrador will have to be treated as a separate procurement, outside of the resulting standing offers.
