Miscellaneous Cleaning Services

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the National Energy Board for Miscellaneous Cleaning Services.

 It is intended to result in the award of 1(one) contract from date of award to August 31, 2018, plus two 1-year irrevocable option periods allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. For additional information, see Part 6 Resulting Contract Clauses 6.1– Security Requirements. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, Bidders should refer to the Industrial Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/esc-src/index-eng.html) website.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if it is in force

There is a mandatory site visit association with this requirement and bidders must attend the site visit for their bid to be considered.

Date and Time: June 14, 2017; time: 1:00 PM (MDT)
