Description of Work: This project involves various site, landscaping and construction works at the Newman Sound Campground central playground, Terra Nova National Park, Newfoundland and Labrador.

The work also includes the supply and installation of pre-fabricated playground structures.

Closing Date and Time: Thursday July 13, 2017 at 1400 hrs (EDT)

Optional Site Visit: THERE WILL BE AN OPTIONAL SITE VISIT ON June 23, 2017 at 10:00am (NDT)

Interested bidders are to meet at Administration Building of the Terra Nova National Park.

No alternate site visit will be offered to bidders who, for whatever reason, couldn’t attend the original site visit date and time. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTION. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.

Delivery Date: The Work must be completed between September 11, 2017 and December 15, 2017.
