Description of Work:

Contracts will be awarded as follows:

  1. One (1) Team Lead - ENERGY STAR Team to perform the maintenance of the current WEB Portal and its transition towards the new Portal;
  2. One (1) Senior Project Manager to manage IT projects according to standard processes, and using tools, that are aligned with the System Development Life Cycle methodology;
  1. One (1) Senior QA Tester – ENERGY STAR to test changes to the WEB Portals, current and new.

Mandatory Requirement(s):

  • Team Foundation Server 2010 and above or Microsoft Cloud based development repository (VSTS)
  • PMP or Prince2
  • Using automated testing tools other than Selenium (Test Manager, Autolt, Nunit)
