Description of Work:

The Department of Justice Canada (JUS) requires services to conduct an evaluation of the Indigenous Courtwork Program (ICW) that fully meets the requirements of the 2016 Treasury Board Policy on Results (http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/pol/doc-eng.aspx?id=31300). This evaluation will assess the Program’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and implementation.
