Requirement:

1. The RCMP has a requirement to build a new Range Support Building adjacent to the existing Range located at 5580 Tyson Road/ 45120 Keith Wilson Road in Chilliwack, British Columbia. The existing building on the site has been demolished and a new 1-Storey Range Support Building consisting of 2050 m² in gross total space will be constructed on the site adjacent to the existing Range Building.

1. Work of this Contract includes general construction of a new Range Support Building and associated on site and off site architectural, electrical, mechanical, and civil works located in Chilliwack, British Columbia.

1. Target Completion Date: August 2018

1. A bid can be submitted in both official languages of Canada.

Bid Submission:

Bids must be submitted ONLY to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit by the date, time and place indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation. The RCMP will not assume responsibility for bids directed to any other location.

Due to the nature of the bid solicitation, ORIGINAL Bids transmitted by facsimile or e-mail to the RCMP will not be accepted.

Mandatory Site Visit:

There will be a site visit on July 12 at 11:00 (PDT). Interested bidders are to meet at

5580 Tyson Road, Chilliwack, BC. Refer ITT document for further details.
