Description of Work: The Parks Canada Agency is inviting tenders to retain a contractor to replace wastewater treatment systems in the La Mauricie National Park. The work involves the replacement of wastewater treatment systems at eight (8) sites, including but not limited to, the supply and installation of new wastewater treatment systems, dismantling of existing septic tanks, replacement of all external sewer pipes to 1 m from the service buildings, camera inspection of the sewer pipes of service buildings: from the inside of the building to one (1) meter outside the building, and the supply and installation of potable water meters on eight (8) sites that are not necessarily the same as those for replacement of septic systems.
The Contractor will be responsible, as per the general conditions as well as the specifications and drawings, for the timely completion of the work associated with this Contract and ensuring the quality of the work of their own forces and all subcontractors. There are key milestone and completion dates that are significant to the Owner and the schedule. Work must be monitored and completed to meet the goals at the milestone and completion dates specified.
A bid security is required.
Closing Date and Time: August 10, 2017, 2pm Eastern Daylight Time
Site Visit: There will be a site visit on 13 July, 2017 at 9:00 am EDT. Interested bidders are to meet at 50 chemin du lac Goulet St-Mathieu-du-Parc, QC G0X 1N0.
National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Delivery Date: The Work must be completed 15 June, 2018.
