Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to ensure that offenders with special conditions to abstain from substance and alcohol use are monitored, as per the Correction and Conditional Release act (CCRA). 

Objectives: Collect Urinalysis Samples from offenders with special conditions to abstain from substances and /or alcohol.

Deliverables:

• The contractor shall schedule and collect Urinalysis samples from offenders on a referral basis.
• The contractor shall arrange shipping by courier of samples obtained. 
• The contractor is responsible for the preparation and submission of information on relevant CSC forms and documents with respect to drug testing procedures. As well as complete and send the Urinalysis Ledger for invoicing purposes.

Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of October 26^th, 2017 to October 25^th, 2018 with 2 option years.

The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
