Nature of Requirements: Dual Axle Dump Truck
To supply, deliver, unload and provide service for one (1) new (2017 Model or Manufacturer Model Year in production at bid closing) 5 Ton Dump Truck to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions outlined in the Request for Proposal.
Delivery Date:
While delivery is requested to be within ten (10) weeks from award of contract, but not later than March 1, 2018.
Training on the unit must be completed no later than five (5) working days after receipt and on a mutually agreed upon date between the Technical Authority and the Contractor.

Security Requirement:
The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access with Escort as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.
Evaluation Procedures:
Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial criteria. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
Basis of Selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PWGSC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
