Equipment shelters replacement, Natashquan and Havre-Saint-Pierre, QC

SCOPE OF WORK

The work consists of the replacement of the equipment shelter at the Natashquan and Havre St-Pierre telecommunications site in Basse Côte-Nord. The sites are accessible via municipal roads. The work includes, but is not limited to; the temporary relocation of the existing Havre St-Pierre shelter on the same site with the temporary connections for the works, the demolition and disposal of obsolete equipment and equipment shelters on sites, the construction of new foundations, the supply and installation of grounding, the transportation and the installation of new shelters including accessories, the supply and installation of the cable waveguide bridge, the electrical connection, and site upgrades, including the supply and installation of a fence, replacing lightning at Natashquan.

LOCATION OF WORK, WORK SITE AND DELIVERY POINT:

The location of the work site is as followed:

1) Havre-Saint-Pierre, Québec

South side of Route 138, approximately 5 kilometers west of the urban area of Havre-Saint-Pierre, Quebec. The geodetic co-ordinates of the site are as follows:

North latitude : 50° 16’ 18.25565”

West longitude : 63° 40’ 45.54097”

2) Natashquan, Québec

North side of Route 138, approximately 2 kilometers east of the urban area of Natashquan, Quebec. The geodetic co-ordinates of the site are as follows:

North latitude: 50° 09’ 06.00664”

West longitude: 61° 47’ 42.80303”
