      Description of the requirement:

      LAC has a business need to obtain professional services to proceed with the identification, classification, clean up, disposition and transfer of unstructured information resources contained in LAC’s repositories, such as but not limited to: Network Shared Drives (NSD), Collaboration Portal (SharePoint), employee user drives, which include Microsoft Email .PST file content.

      LAC must comply with Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) directives such as the Recordkeeping and the Open Government directives and other TBS Information Management (IM) policy instruments. In order to achieve this, the unstructured information resources must be first classified according to the latest version of LAC’s File Classification Plan (FCP).

      Proposed period of contract:

      The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award Date to one (1) year later plus two (2) one (1) year irrevocable options.
