The Contractor shall provide the services of experienced Business Transformation Architect professionals to assist AAFC through providing business transformation, and as-required, specialized information management expertise, to undertake and support AAFC projects and application development initiatives. This may include, but is not limited to, the following activities:

  • Analyzing and developing business “critical success factors”;

  • Defining organizational and operational models;

  • Analyzing and developing architecture requirements design, process development and process mapping;

  • Participating in change impact analysis and change management activities;

  • Participating in organizational realignment; and

  • Providing project management assistance to support the successful implementation of new strategies or transformation activities.
