The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply of Encasement, I.D. Badge in accordance with RCMP Purchase Description PD-CE-01 dated 2016-12-28.
Only one (1) NISO will be issued as a result of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).
The Standing Offer will be valid for a period of two years from the date of issuance with the option to extend for three additional one-year periods.
The Identified Users authorized to make call-ups against the Standing Offer are the RCMP Divisional Stores across Canada identified in Annex D and RCMP Headquarters (HQ) Procurement.
The Purchase Description can be found attached to the RFSO.
This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods (See CFTA, Article 503, paragraph 4).
The responsive offer with the lowest total evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
The Ineligibility and Suspension Policy and integrity clauses are being incorporated in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
Offers must be submitted only to Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Bid Receiving Unit by the date, time and place indicated on page 1 of the solicitation.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the solicitation. Any other information or documentation provided to or obtained by an offeror from any source are not relevant. Offerors should not assume that practices used under previous contracts will continue, unless they are described in the solicitation. Offerors should also not assume that their existing capabilities meet the requirements of the solicitation simply because they have met previous requirements. It is the Offeror's responsibility to obtain clarification of the requirements contained in the solicitation, if necessary, before submitting an offer.
