Description of the Requirement:

The Parks Canada Agency has a requirement for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. PCA requires consulting services to conduct a pre-feasibility study regarding options for divestiture or transfer of PCA’s General Infrastructure assets including highways, dams and bridges.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Award of Contract to February 28, 2018.

This PCA office provides procurement services to the public in either official language of Canada.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
