(New Date - Addendum #4) Bid Close:
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the bid close time of Wednesday October 11, 2017 @ 2:00 PM local time. Bids must be submitted to the Main Lobby of the K.W. Neatby Building 960 Carling Ave. Ottawa, ON K1A 0C6.
