Nature of Requirements: Electrical Services, Innisfail, AB

Work under this Standing Offer will involve, but not be limited to, providing labour, equipment, supervision and materials for electrical services at the Police Dog Services Training Centre (PDSTC) in Innisfail, Alberta as requested by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in the form of call ups. Services are to be provided on an “as required basis”. It is anticipated that one firm will be issued a Standing Offer. The Standing Offer will be issued for a period of two (2) years, with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Standing Offer for one (1) additional year.

Security Requirement:

The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Reliability Status as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.

Basis of Selection:

An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PWGSC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
