Health Canada (HC) and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) have a requirement for the provision of onsite part time English language training services in the National Capital Region (NCR) and in the Regions* on an ‘‘as and when required’’ basis.

*As referring to Regions throughout this Statement of work, it will be understood that:

  • If the selected company is only operating in the NCR, training will start with one-on-one training through distance learning (WebEx, Skype, Telephone, etc.). Eventually group training will be available and HC/PHAC will notify the provider.
  • If the selected company has offices that can offer LT in Regions with English language training needs, on-site regular classroom training will be provided to individuals as well as to groups
  • NCR refers to Gatineau/Ottawa region
  • Regions refer to working Regions outside the NCR: Alberta, British Colombia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic.
